The Elonex One+ final arrived on Wednesday 13 August 2008 it came in lovely pink for Charlotte:
The Elonex One+ is growing on me, it certainly has some quirks but my son loves playing the games and my daughter thinks it's great (but then it is her first laptop :~D).

To get a root xterm I followed the advice at: Unofficial Elonex Group at Google groups.
This site was useful and I added a root xterm to the Menu button making life much easier :~).
To change the default site of the embedded Saramao web brower (Mozilla) I had to edit the following file:
/usr/local/bin/runSaramao.sh
And edited to the SITE line.
